What type of services do you offer small businesses?

We offer Dedicated Desks, Work Stations, Private offices, training and meeting space, virtual office services, as well as potential storage all under one roof.

Where are you Located?

We are located at 1710 - 1750 Fenpark Drive, Fenton, MO (In Fenton Industrial Park area). Our building is just a few blocks from highway 44 & 270 interchange so you can easily reach us from anywhere in the St. Louis Metro area.

How do you help small businesses grow?

We are committed to the ongoing development and growth of small and medium size enterprises in the St. Louis area. Establishing ourselves as a Business HUB dedicated to Collaboration, Connections, Community and Commerce.

Is there a deposit or a lease?

We do what we can to help with your startup cost, as well as your overhead.

Deposits: Typically a deposit is not required, unless an office is being held for move-in more than 30 days.

Leases: Virtual offices, desks, workstations, and most offices are month-to-month. A few of our largest premium spaces do require a 12-month lease. If you have a special circumstance where you need to have a lease for a smaller office, feel free to talk to us.

Termination & ending membership: Below is a brief summary of our termination policies for our various work spaces.

Virtual offices/mail only memberships are billed quarterly. We require minimum 30 day notice before your next billing period so that we can stop the recurring billing.
Desks and workstation memberships are billed on the 1st of each month. We require minimum 30 day notice.
Offices (not under a lease) are billed on the 1st of each month. These spaces require a 60 day notice.
Premium offices & any space under a lease would be bound by the terms of the lease, which typically would be 60 day notice.

what is included in your virtual office/mailbox service?

We have what you need to GROW! A business address with your own unique suite number. USPS mail delivers daily mail delivery. Packages of reasonable sizes delivered 5-6 days a week. See more details on our mail & virtual office page.
